The DOSAMAT dosing system is an electronic dilution and filling solution for preparing ready-to-use disinfectant, decontaminant, or cleaning solutions. It precisely doses a concentrated product into water to obtain a diluted solution that complies with the facility's hygiene protocols.

Designed for demanding professional environments, DOSAMAT facilitates automatic or manual filling of containers, trays, buckets, canisters, or bottles. It improves the organization of staff workstations, secures solution preparation, and helps limit dosing errors.

Thanks to its electronic control, DOSAMAT ensures precise and reproducible dilution. The concentrated product dosage is progressively adjustable, according to the protocol requirements and the product used. The water and concentrated product circuits are separate, which limits the risks of cross-contamination. Mixing is performed only at the machine's outlet, at the time of filling.

The automatic shut-off function at the end of filling ensures safe use, prevents overflows, and optimizes product consumption. Manual shut-off remains possible at any time, without altering the programmed concentration rate.

Operation

DOSAMAT draws water and concentrated product through two distinct circuits. The dilution rate is set according to the chosen protocol, then the solution is prepared at the time of filling.

The user selects the volume or initiates manual filling as needed. The system then ensures the concentrated product dosage and flow shut-off at the end of filling. This allows for obtaining a ready-to-use solution, dosed regularly and reproducibly.

Safety and dosage control

The separation of water and concentrated product circuits helps secure preparation and prevent mixture return into the machine. Electronic dosing helps limit the risks of underdosing or overdosing, two situations that can impact disinfection effectiveness, material compatibility, or product consumption.

The automatic shut-off function at the end of filling helps reduce overflows and facilitates daily use. Manual shut-off can be activated at any time without modifying the defined concentration rate.

Product compatibility

DOSAMAT is designed for use with many concentrated disinfectant, decontaminant, or cleaning products compatible with this type of dilution system.

Compatibility must always be verified with the technical data sheet of the product used and the manufacturer's recommendations. According to the DOSAMAT technical documentation, the device is not suitable for disinfectants based on chlorine or peracetic acid.

The DOSAMAT DIGITAL 2.0 is a dosing unit designed to automatically prepare diluted disinfectant solutions, according to a defined concentration and volume.

Before Use

Before any use, ensure that the device is properly installed, connected to water, and to the power supply. Also, ensure that the concentrated product container is correctly positioned on its support and that the suction tube is properly inserted into the container.

Use only products compatible with the device and always follow the dilution recommendations indicated by the concentrated product manufacturer.

First Start-up

When using for the first time, or after replacing the container, it is recommended to purge the product circuit to eliminate air present in the pipes.

Purging ensures a steady flow and guarantees precise dosing.

Dosing Adjustment

The DOSAMAT DIGITAL 2.0 allows you to adjust the product concentration and the desired solution volume.

The concentration can be adjusted from 0.25% to 10%, in increments of 0.05%.

The mixing volume can be set from 0.5 L to 60 L, in increments of 0.5 L.

These settings must be adapted to the recommendations of the product used and the needs of your disinfection protocol.

Solution Preparation

Place the hose with the rotating hook or the swan neck above the container to be filled. Then press the start button corresponding to the desired volume.

The device automatically dispenses the programmed quantity of disinfectant solution. Once the volume is reached, filling stops automatically.

Concentration Control

It is advisable to regularly check the calibration of the device, especially:

• during the first start-up;
• after a change of concentrated product;
• after maintenance operation;
• in case of doubt about the concentration obtained.

Any change in product or viscosity may require a new calibration.

Maintenance

To ensure optimal operation, maintenance must be performed every 12 months by a qualified technical service.

This maintenance includes checking the applied concentration, the device's watertightness, the condition of electrical components, and the safety of the installation.

Usage Precautions

Do not use solutions containing chlorine, phosphoric acid, phenol, or peracetic acid, unless previously validated by THX MEDICAL. These substances can damage the device.

Protect the DOSAMAT DIGITAL 2.0 from water splashes and do not make any technical modifications to the device.

In case of doubt, anomaly, or need for assistance, contact THX MEDICAL before any intervention.
