The BIOWIPES + Optisal Plus starter kit is a complete solution for wet wipe surface cleaning and disinfection. It is intended for healthcare professionals, care facilities, and environments where daily surface hygiene must be rigorously maintained.

The BIOWIPES system allows you to prepare dry wipes to be impregnated with a detergent-disinfectant solution. Once prepared in the dispensing bucket, the wipes are ready to use, protected from ambient air, and available at all times for bio-cleaning operations.

This closed-system operation limits handling, facilitates a "clean-to-dirty" work organization, and helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination. It easily integrates into hygiene protocols in healthcare facilities, particularly in high-demand areas.

BIOWIPES wipes, made of 100% polyester, are resistant, lint-free, and hydrophobic. This composition allows them to effectively release the detergent-disinfectant solution onto surfaces, without excessive absorption into the material. They thus ensure homogeneous application of the product, for simple, effective, and controlled wet wiping.

Combined with Optisal Plus, a quaternary ammonium-based detergent-disinfectant, the BIOWIPES system offers a ready-to-use solution after preparation. The solution reconstituted in the dispensing bucket can be used for up to 28 days, provided that the recommended conditions of use are observed. This stability facilitates daily team organization, limits unnecessary preparations, and helps reduce the discharge of biocidal products into wastewater.

Instructions for Use

Fill the beaker with the recommended volume of water.

Add the specified dose of Optisal Plus to obtain the indicated dilution.

Open the BIOWIPES dispensing bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution onto the roll to uniformly moisten all the wipes.

Carefully close the bucket, threading the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Complete the traceability label with the necessary information.

The preparation is usable for up to 28 days, provided that the recommended conditions of use are observed.

Microbiological performance refers to the Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant.

Graduated beaker suitable for preparation

Wear appropriate PPE when preparing and using the detergent-disinfectant solution.

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in the provided beaker, pouring the dose of Optisal Plus into the recommended volume of water.

Open the BIOWIPES dispenser bucket and position the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Carefully close the bucket, threading the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Fill out the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, use-by date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes according to the establishment's hygiene protocol.

The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus, provided the recommended usage conditions are observed.
