BIOWIPES O + Optisal Plus Refills

BIOWIPES O + Optisal Plus refills are designed to complement the BIOWIPES system, a practical solution for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces with wet wipes. They are intended for healthcare professionals, care facilities, and medico-social structures seeking a simple, quick, and controlled solution for their daily hygiene protocols.

Used with BIOWIPES dispenser buckets, these refills allow for the preparation of biodegradable wipes impregnated with an Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant solution. The closed-system operation limits handling, protects the wipes from ambient air after preparation, and facilitates a rigorous work organization, from clean to dirty.

Each refill includes a roll of 90 biodegradable wipes, 32 × 30 cm in size, a 20 ml dose of Optisal Plus, and a traceability label. BIOWIPES wipes are designed to ensure good solution transfer to surfaces and allow for homogeneous, simple, and reproducible wet wiping.

Combined with Optisal Plus, BIOWIPES O refills offer a ready-to-use solution after preparation for quick cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and non-invasive medical equipment. Once reconstituted in the dispenser bucket, the detergent-disinfectant solution can be used for up to 28 days, provided recommended usage conditions are followed.

Instructions for use

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution by pouring the 20 ml dose of Optisal Plus into 2 L of water.

Open the BIOWIPES dispenser bucket and position the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution over the roll to uniformly moisten all the wipes.

Carefully close the bucket, passing the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser lid.

Complete the traceability label with the necessary information.

The preparation is usable for up to 28 days, provided recommended usage conditions are followed.

Microbiological performance refers to the Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant.

3 L graduated beaker

Wear appropriate PPE when preparing and using the detergent-disinfectant solution.

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 3 L graduated beaker by pouring the Optisal Plus dose into 2 L of water.

Open the BIOWIPES dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Carefully close the bucket, threading the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes according to the establishment's hygiene protocol.

The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus, provided the recommended usage conditions are observed.
