EXAWIPES DISPENSER BUCKET

The reusable EXAWIPES dispenser bucket is designed for preparing, storing, and dispensing wipes to be impregnated with a detergent-disinfectant solution. It is integrated into the EXAWIPES and BIOWIPES systems for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces by wet wiping, particularly in professional environments where hygiene must be rigorously controlled.

Thanks to its reclosable, airtight, and sealed system, the EXAWIPES dispenser bucket protects the wipes after preparation, limits their exposure to ambient air, and facilitates clean, practical, and organized daily use.

Used with BIOWIPES or EXAWIPES refills and Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant solution, the system allows for the preparation of ready-to-use wipes. The preparation can be used for up to 28 days, provided that the recommended conditions of use and storage are observed.

The EXAWIPES dispenser bucket is compatible with BIOWIPES and EXAWIPES wipe rolls. It allows for the organization of bio-cleaning protocols, differentiation of uses according to areas or products, and facilitates the distribution of impregnated wipes as close as possible to the teams' needs.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE WITH OPTISAL PLUS

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 3 L graduated beaker by diluting one dose of Optisal Plus in 2 L of water, in accordance with the recommendations for use.

Open the packaging of the wipe roll, then position it inside the dispenser bucket.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring even distribution of the liquid to thoroughly moisten all the wipes.

Close the bucket carefully, then pull the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, and operator.

Use the ready-to-use wipes according to the establishment's hygiene protocol.

The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus, provided that the recommended conditions of use and storage are observed.

MAINTENANCE TIPS

Clean and decontaminate the bucket before each new preparation according to the establishment's hygiene protocol.

The bucket is machine washable up to 60 °C. It can also be decontaminated by wiping with a damp wipe impregnated with disinfectant, or by soaking for 15 minutes in a suitable decontaminant solution.

After cleaning, allow the bucket to dry before proceeding with a new wipe preparation.

TRACEABILITY

A traceability label is provided with each wipe roll. It allows for the recording of essential information: preparation date, expiry date, nature of the product used, concentration, and operator.

The label must be affixed to the sealing cap of the dispenser bucket to remain visible throughout the period of use of the preparation.

MICROBIOLOGICAL DATA

Microbiological data refers to the Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant used for impregnating the wipes.
