BIOWIPES disinfectant-free refills are designed to complement the BIOWIPES system, a practical solution for wet wipe surface cleaning and disinfection. They are intended for healthcare professionals, care facilities, and medico-social structures who wish to use their own detergent-disinfectant solution, in accordance with their internal hygiene protocols.

Used with BIOWIPES dispenser buckets, these refills allow for the preparation of dry wipes to be impregnated with the solution chosen by the facility. The closed system operation limits handling, protects the wipes from ambient air after preparation, and facilitates a rigorous work organization, from clean to soiled.

Each refill includes a roll of 90 biodegradable wipes, size 32 × 30 cm. Delivered without a disinfectant agent sachet, BIOWIPES refills offer a flexible solution for establishments that already have a referenced detergent-disinfectant or wish to integrate BIOWIPES wipes into an existing protocol.

BIOWIPES wipes are durable, lint-free, and designed to ensure good solution transfer to surfaces. They allow for homogeneous application of the product used, for simple, quick, and controlled wet wiping of non-invasive medical surfaces and equipment.

Instructions for use

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution according to the manufacturer's recommendations and the facility's protocol.

Open the BIOWIPES dispenser bucket and position the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the prepared solution onto the roll to uniformly moisten all the wipes.

Carefully close the bucket, passing the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Complete the traceability label with the necessary information.

3 Litre graduated beaker

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 3 L graduated beaker, according to the manufacturer's recommendations and the facility's protocol.

Open the BIOWIPES dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the prepared solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Carefully close the bucket, threading the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes in accordance with the facility's hygiene protocol.

The period of use after preparation depends on the solution used and the manufacturer's recommendations.
