EXAWIPES O + Optisal Plus Refills

EXAWIPES O + Optisal Plus refills are designed to complement the EXAWIPES system, a wet wiping surface cleaning and disinfection solution, adapted to the requirements of healthcare professionals and establishments where hygiene must be perfectly controlled.

Used with the EXAWIPES dispenser bucket, these refills allow for the preparation of wipes impregnated with a ready-to-use detergent-disinfectant solution after preparation. The closed system principle limits handling, protects the wipes from ambient air, and facilitates rigorous work organization, from clean to dirty.

Each refill includes a roll of 90 large-format wipes (32 × 30 cm), a 20 ml dose of Optisal Plus, and a traceability label. EXAWIPES O wipes, made of 100% polyester, are resistant, lint-free, and designed to ensure excellent solution delivery to surfaces. They allow for homogeneous application of the detergent-disinfectant for simple, effective, and reproducible wet wiping.

After preparation under recommended conditions, the Optisal Plus solution remains usable for up to 28 days in the dispenser bucket. This stability facilitates daily team organization, limits unnecessary preparations, and helps reduce the discharge of biocide products into wastewater.

Instructions for use

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution by pouring the Optisal Plus dose into 2 L of water.

Open the EXAWIPES dispenser bucket and position the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution over the roll to uniformly moisten all the wipes.

Carefully close the bucket, passing the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser lid.

Complete the traceability label with the necessary information.

The preparation is usable for up to 28 days, provided the recommended conditions of use are followed.

Wear appropriate PPE when preparing and using the detergent-disinfectant solution.

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 3 L graduated beaker by pouring the dose of Optisal Plus into 2 L of water.

Open the EXAWIPES dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Carefully close the bucket, feeding the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes in accordance with the establishment's hygiene protocol.

The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus, provided the recommended usage conditions are observed.
