CLEANISEPT WIPES FORTE MAXI are alcohol-free, ready-to-use disinfectant wipes, designed for the disinfection and cleaning of medical devices, medical equipment, and surfaces requiring a high level of microbiological efficacy.
Particularly suitable for the disinfection of endovaginal, endorectal, transvaginal, and abdominal ultrasound probes, CLEANISEPT WIPES FORTE MAXI allow for simple, quick, and safe use in medical practices, imaging departments, specialized consultations, healthcare facilities, and care environments.
Packaged in a resealable pack, the wipes are practical to use, easy to store, and ready for use at the point of care. Their maxi format is suitable for medium-sized surfaces and facilitates the uniform wiping of medical devices and equipment sensitive to alcohol.
CLEANISEPT WIPES FORTE MAXI wipes are alcohol-free, aldehyde-free, and phenol-free. They offer broad material compatibility and can be used on many alcohol-sensitive medical devices, in compliance with manufacturer recommendations and the facility's hygiene protocols.
Thanks to their broad spectrum of action, they meet the disinfection needs of highly demanding environments. They are notably bactericidal, yeasticidal, virucidal according to EN 14476, and sporicidal, with documented efficacy on Clostridioides difficile.

Instructions for use
Gloves should be worn when using CLEANISEPT WIPES FORTE MAXI wipes.
Surface disinfection
Wipe the entire surface to be disinfected with the ready-to-use wipe.
Ensure the surface is completely moistened.
Respect the contact time indicated in the technical documentation.
Allow to dry.
Disinfection of ultrasound probes
After removing the protective sheath, perform pre-disinfection or cleaning according to the facility's protocol.
Use a first CLEANISEPT WIPES FORTE MAXI wipe for cleaning the probe.
Use a second CLEANISEPT WIPES FORTE MAXI wipe for disinfection.
Ensure to cover the entire surface of the probe, including the handle if necessary.
Respect the action time indicated in the technical documentation.
Allow to dry.
For medical devices coming into contact with skin, rinse after the action time with suitable quality running water for at least 15 seconds, then wipe with a disposable, lint-free cloth.
