EXAWIPES COMPACT + OPTISAL PLUS REFILLS

EXAWIPES-M + Optisal Plus refills are designed to complement the EXAWIPES-M system, a compact solution for wet wipe surface cleaning and disinfection. They are particularly suitable for medical vehicles, ambulances, VSL (light medical vehicles), intervention vehicles, small care units, and environments where storage space needs to be limited.

Each refill consists of a roll of dry wipes made from 100% polyester non-woven fabric, to be impregnated with an Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant solution. Once prepared in the EXAWIPES-M dispenser bucket, the wipes are ready for use and allow for quick, practical, and controlled disinfection of non-invasive medical surfaces and equipment.

EXAWIPES-M wipes are highly resistant, lint-free, and designed to limit the transmission of particles on surfaces. Their polyester base promotes good release of the disinfectant solution for even application during wet wiping.

Thanks to the EXAWIPES-M format, preparation is done with 1 L of water and one dose of Optisal Plus. The prepared detergent-disinfectant solution can be used for up to 28 days, provided that recommended usage conditions are observed. This compact format provides a hygienic, practical, and economical system, perfectly adapted to mobility constraints.

EXAWIPES-M O + Optisal Plus refills are particularly suitable for disinfecting frequently touched surfaces: handles, work surfaces, stretchers, seats, interior surfaces of medical vehicles, non-invasive medical equipment, and onboard care areas.

Instructions for Use

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 1 L graduated beaker with Optisal Plus, in accordance with usage recommendations.

Open the EXAWIPES-M dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring that all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Close the bucket, allowing the first wipe to protrude through the center of the dispenser cap.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiration date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes in accordance with the establishment's hygiene protocol.

The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus, provided that recommended usage conditions are observed.

Open the EXAWIPES-M dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Carefully close the bucket, threading the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes in accordance with the facility's hygiene protocol.

The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus, provided the recommended usage conditions are observed.
