EXAWIPES COMPACT REFILLS – WITHOUT DISINFECTANT

EXAWIPES-M S refills without disinfectant are intended to replenish the EXAWIPES-M system for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces by wet wiping. They allow the preparation of dry wipes to be impregnated with a detergent-disinfectant solution chosen by the establishment, particularly Optisal Plus or any other solution compatible with the protocol used.

Thanks to their compact format, EXAWIPES-M S refills are particularly suitable for emergency medical vehicles, ambulances, patient transport vehicles, intervention vehicles, small treatment stations, medical practices, and environments where storage space must remain limited.

EXAWIPES-M wipes are made of 100% polyester non-woven fabric, with a grammage of 50 g/m². Very resistant, lint-free, and hydrophobic, they ensure excellent solution delivery onto surfaces. They provide an effective single-use support for the homogeneous application of the detergent-disinfectant product.

Used with the EXAWIPES-M dispenser bucket, the refills allow the preparation of wipes in a resealable, practical, and hygienic system. This operation limits handling, protects the wipes after preparation, and facilitates rigorous work organization, from clean to dirty.

Once prepared with Optisal Plus, the disinfectant solution can be used for up to 28 days, provided the recommended use conditions are met. This stability optimizes daily organization, limits unnecessary preparations, and reduces product loss.

EXAWIPES-M S refills are available in boxes of 15, 30, or 45 rolls, to meet the needs of healthcare facilities, emergency medical vehicles, care services, medical practices, health centers, and medico-social structures.

Usage instructions

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 1 L graduated beaker, for example with Optisal Plus, or according to the recommendations of the solution used.

Open the EXAWIPES-M dispenser bucket and position the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Close the bucket, allowing the first wipe to protrude through the center of the dispenser lid.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiration date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes in accordance with the establishment's hygiene protocol.
