EXAWIPES S refills without disinfectant are designed to complement the EXAWIPES system, a wet wipe cleaning and disinfection solution for surfaces. They are intended for healthcare professionals and establishments that wish to use their own detergent-disinfectant solutions, in compliance with their internal hygiene protocols.

Used with the EXAWIPES dispenser bucket, these refills allow for the preparation of dry wipes to be impregnated with the solution chosen by the establishment. The closed-system operation limits handling, protects the wipes from ambient air after preparation, and facilitates a rigorous work organization, from clean to dirty.

Each refill includes a roll of 90 large-format wipes measuring 32 × 30 cm. EXAWIPES S wipes, made of 100% polyester, are durable, lint-free, and designed to ensure excellent solution transfer to surfaces. They allow for homogeneous application of the product used, for simple, effective, and controlled wet wiping.

Available without a disinfectant sachet, EXAWIPES S refills offer great flexibility of use. They are suitable for establishments that already have a referenced detergent-disinfectant or wish to integrate EXAWIPES wipes into an existing protocol.

Instructions for use

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution according to the manufacturer's recommendations and the establishment's protocol.

Open the EXAWIPES dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the prepared solution onto the roll to uniformly moisten all the wipes.

Carefully close the bucket, pulling the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Identify the preparation according to the traceability rules applicable in the establishment.

The duration of use after preparation depends on the solution used and the manufacturer's recommendations.

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 3 L graduated beaker, according to manufacturer's recommendations and the facility's protocol.

Open the EXAWIPES dispenser bucket and position the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the prepared solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Carefully close the bucket, threading the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser lid.

Complete the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, and operator.

Use the prepared wipes in accordance with the facility's hygiene protocol.

The shelf life after preparation depends on the solution used and the manufacturer's recommendations.
