EXAWIPES-M + Optisal Plus

EXAWIPES-M + Optisal Plus is a compact wet wiping solution for surface cleaning and disinfection. It has been designed for professionals who need a practical system that is quick to prepare and easy to use in confined spaces or while on the go.

Thanks to its smaller format, based on preparation with 1 L of water, EXAWIPES-M is particularly suitable for emergency vehicles, ambulances, VSLs (light medical vehicles), intervention vehicles, medical practices, small care units, and environments where storage must remain simple and optimized.

The system allows for the preparation of dry wipes to be impregnated with an Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant solution. Once prepared in the dispenser bucket, the wipes are ready for use, protected from ambient air, and available at any time for the quick cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and equipment.

EXAWIPES-M wipes are made of 100% polyester. This single-use non-woven material is resistant, lint-free, and hydrophobic. It effectively releases the solution onto surfaces, without excessive absorption into the wipe, for homogeneous application and controlled disinfection.

Used with Optisal Plus, a quaternary ammonium-based detergent-disinfectant, EXAWIPES-M offers a preparation that can be used for up to 28 days, provided that the recommended conditions of use are observed. This stability facilitates the organization of bio-cleaning operations while limiting unnecessary preparations.

EXAWIPES-M is particularly suitable for routine disinfection of surfaces in emergency vehicles: worktops, handles, stretchers, contact surfaces, non-invasive medical equipment, on-board care areas, and frequently touched surfaces.

Instructions for use

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a beaker by pouring one dose of Optisal Plus into 1 L of water.

Open the dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted disinfectant solution directly onto the roll of wipes, ensuring thorough saturation.

Close the bucket, allowing the first wipe to protrude through the center of the dispensing cap.

Fill out the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiration date, and operator.

The preparation is usable for up to 28 days, provided that the recommended conditions of use are observed.

Microbiological data

Microbiological data refers to the Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant used for impregnating the wipes.

Solution composition

Optisal Plus is a quaternary ammonium-based compound.

Wear appropriate PPE when preparing and using the detergent-disinfectant solution.

Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in the 1 L graduated beaker by pouring the dose of Optisal Plus into 1 L of water.

Open the EXAWIPES-M dispenser bucket and place the roll of wipes inside.

Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, ensuring all wipes are thoroughly moistened.

Carefully close the bucket, threading the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.

Fill in the traceability label with the necessary information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, and operator.

Install the dispenser bucket in an easily accessible location in the ambulance, protected from splashes and sources of contamination.

Remove wipes one by one as needed, then close the cap after each use to limit exposure to ambient air.

Use the prepared wipes in accordance with the establishment's or department's hygiene protocol.

The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus, provided the recommended usage conditions are observed.
